Marubini, boiled meats and mostarda

When visiting the city during the autumn/winter season you need to go to a typical restaurant and try a first and a second course of our culinary tradition, which are well suited to the period.
I marubini with three broths – typical recipe, stuffed pasta with different meats finely minced, mixed with eggs, breadcrumbs, Grana Padano cheese and served in the broth obtained with three different meats: beef, chicken and salami.
The boiled meat cart – parts of beef, parts of chicken, tongue, pork with cotechino, perfectly accompanied by mostarda of Cremona, one of the most renowned in Italy. You should try it with a cheese plateau.
